I just moved my art studio and trading setup across LA with Rigos and it went perfectly. I have fragile paintings, monitors, and a lot of equipment that I was genuinely nervous about and the two movers handled everything with care. They wrapped every piece properly, worked efficiently, and nothing was damaged. No surprise fees, no wasted time, super professional from start to finish. If you're in LA and need movers who actually respect your stuff, these are your guys. Will definitely use them again!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $350

Where to start... I am a mover by trade and when doing long distance move I hire local help through different platforms. This was definitely one of the least professional service I encountered as well as the response from the owner.

Even though I kept in touch with the owner throughout the day they were late by almost 20mns. To top that up one of the two helper was reaking of alcohol and buzzed. His condition led to have him being either full of energy or moving slow...as well as spending more time talking than working. Between the 3 of us it was a 2 hour unload that took 3 hours therefore another $130 cost and $40 each as tip. But the most distressing part was that one item in particular got damaged to the point that it needed to be replaced. 2 side board of a queen size bed got totally crushed both of them on the same corners. They traveled 2800 miles packed in protective covers laying on top of a matress. To end up in the bedroom broken. Rudy, the drunk helper, is the one responsible but never stood up for it! As well as the owner of Rigos. Her statement is that it was not packaged/protected during the trip (I packed them myself) were store improperly (laying flat on top of a matress 6 feet high with nothing on them) and stating that they took pictures of it that proves their statement but refuses to send me their proof of such. Last, and this is just my professional opinion, if you see something so obviously broken and you are not at fault why not not telling instead of trying to hide it by placing it in the bedroom.??

Overall disappointed and would not recommend the hiring of this company even they could be providing good services if something goes wrong they will not take responsibility for it.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $420

We were pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the moving teams on both ends of our move. Great care was taken in wrapping our furniture, we have found one damaged hutch door that can be easily repaired. We moved from a 3000square foot home to a 1400 sf home and the items exceeded expectations but Rigos team was able to accommodate the needs.

Our only suggestion would be to put the furniture in the room before the boxes. The team had to move a bunch of boxes to get the furniture in.

We have been unpacking boxes for the last 4 days and are just getting started. So far everything has arrived safely.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $44000

Our moving crew was fantastic! Anthony, Oscar, and Alex worked hard the entire time and loaded the big truck very well. They were careful with our things, and I’m confident that we will have little to no damage because of the care they took. I underestimated the time that we’d need them, but thankfully they were able to stay long enough to complete everything (of course I paid for the extra hours, which is expected and fair). They were true professionals, and I’m grateful for their help today!

The company rescheduled my pickup (without notifying me) and get awaken at 6:45am letting me know they were 44 minutes away. The pickup was scheduled for April 2nd at 2pm to 4pm pickup: I was ready at 12:45pm so the pickup was on track with a 20th or 21st delivery date. Delivery was April 12th which was eight (8) days earlier than what was scheduled so my daughter had to make arrangements to be off of work. Told by Elisa delivery was 8am to 10am to then be told 2pm to 4pm. I explained my daughter was accommodating the new delivery and missing work so 4pm was the absolute latest delivery could occur. No delivery by 4pm so my daughter had to have her friend accept the delivery and the cherry on top I get a call from the driver 1.5 hours after delivery to tell me they left five (5) boxes not belonging to my daughter. and they needed to get them. This sounds really fishy given the fact it’s now after 8pm and it’s really dark. ALL nine (9) ex large boxes had her name on them along with the numbers from the packing inventory sheet, so no way to mix them up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Then I was put in the capable hands of Rigos Moving, and the experience got even better.

On both ends…with William for the pickup and Chris for the delivery…we were blown away by the ease and competency of these two crews.

If you are looking for a moving company, look no further. Rigos is it!

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $33000

We added inventory to our household possessions to be shipped from TX to UT. This service request was managed professionally by Rigos Delivery & Storage by the QA Manager and the actual driver. The quality of service by Rigos' delivery crew and driver was outstanding which made the value even greater. Rigos crew handled our nice furnishings with care and assembled items quickly in the space we requested. The value provided was what I paid for! Thanks to Demitri and his team.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $8900

Freddie and Jesse helped me make two different moves. Obviously I am happy, I hired them twice. They are super fair about time (they round down) and don't slack. My truck was 2.5 hours late, had no ramp, and they were kind enough to take an unscheduled 1 hour break, didn't complain, and used the other 1.5 to stage so the actual loading went super quickly. Freddie has a gifted tetris eye and really squeezed down on the space to use every inch. I was paying by the foot and his decisions saved me a ton of money. For which I tipped appropriately. They constantly kept me appraised of where we were in the process without slowing down the work at all. They were smart, efficient and productive. Very pleasurable to work with. Nothing broke. I don't what happened to the other reviewers but that didn't happen to me either time.

Rigos Moving Company sent me 2 extremely helpful and professional young men for my difficult move. I had some very heavy bulky pieces which needed to be carried up to my new 3rd floor home which has 34 steps. They never complained, were as polite as humanly possible and I was very very happy with the move over all. I would highly recommend Javier and Brian and am going to request them again as I am once again moving. Oh .. the price was fair and honest and they made payment so easy over the phone. Yes, I am a very happy customer ! All moving experiences should be this wonderful ..

First of all, I agreed to work with Rigos moving services. When you type it in online the other Rigos movers pop up. This is not the same company. This one has no social media. They are named the same but this is their actual website: Rigosdelivery.com, they scam you into thinking it is the higher rated Rigos: rigosmovingandstorage.com So they scam their customers thinking they have great reviews. I can see why they have to lie. Such a horribly run company with no exact person or answer for who to speak with. No one coordinated with me the whole time I drive up to Oregon from Southern California. There was not one point of contact the entire move. I personally had to call the Rigos moving and talk to 7 different people “in charge” to find out my furniture was put in a storage unit and then taken by this J&B moving company. I was scammed money and lied to. Not one person I spoke to had any clue or compassion for what was going on. The mover Erik who unloaded my belongings was one of the rudest people I have met. The quote I was given at first was half the price of the $3044 I had to end up paying because they would not give me my belongings out of the truck. And when they packed made up a higher amount to pay. Twice the original quote. They threatened to place my belongings on the side of the road. The movers that come to you make up different prices. Scamming you. Lying to you. Raymond lied his way to get money. DO NOT WORK OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. such a horribly run group with no professionalism whatsoever. I don’t know how they are in business. Oh yes that’s right they lie to you and tell you it is another moving company that had better reviews. Such a waste of energy and time. All to just have my belongings for my one bedroom. This company and everyone in it will get their Karma soon for stealing and lying. Every person I spoke to is rude and brought upon complaining and lying, hanging up the phone. The mover Erik was complaining about not wanting to move a desk to the corner of the room. Get a life. Do not be fooled into RIGOS MOVERS OR J & B THEY ARE IN CAHOOTS WITH EACH-OTHER SCAMMING YOU FOR $$$. It’s sad that this is what they have come to in the world and are so selfish enough to see you as cash and not a person.

Broke our brand new nightstand worth over $200, was only compensated $25.

They showed up over an hour and a half late, we had to pay an extra $250 for moving truck rental because of them.

The owner didn’t even care about all of these inconveniences, and literally told me “the clock is ticking” and you are being charged while the movers stood around waiting for us to do their job. Wish we NEVER used them and should have done this job ourselves. Now we have a broken nightstand, dents all over our fridge and chips in our table.
